We're told two months it will be completed but not completed till July 18 th blamed on unusual freezing weather. On move in key day, we arrived with moving truck waiting to enter but told there was a deep plumbing ditch across the yard by daughter not united as traveling from Alabama to Arkansas with $5000 cost of... Took 6 months after closing just to get the slab poured. 10 months in and house is still not completely dried in. They keep saying they will fix the problems but keep building right over them.

We started our home with UBH in October of 2021, we were told 6/8months. We are now in July of 2022 and still not finished. However our main complaint would be the quality of work from the office staff to all of the contractors! It took 3mths to get a slab started and then the plumbers messed up adding a line right in the middle of the kitchen floor. I will keep this short and sweet but united built homes is the worst experience me and my wife have ever delt with. Our house was built 5 years ago haven't had any issues except the roof started leaking in our daughters bathroom .
